Deciding for an assessment means that the executives from your organization who apply for the EMBA will be evaluated through a rigorous assessment process.
The team of HR professionals will evaluate each candidate through 2-3 selection rounds:

ROUND 1
Candidates receive individual assignments related to your industry, and submit their answers by the scheduled deadline. Your organization decides on the deadlines, complexity, and the time length of assignments.

ROUND 2 - recommended
Candidates are grouped in virtual teams to solve the assignment in the short time period - from 5 pm till 10 pm. In this way their teamwork skills become transparent.

Finally, the candidates approach the personal assessment and interview. Here, our professionals focus on their personal and career objectives, professional experience, and their capacity and achievements.

The Cotrugli selection board selects the best candidates to discuss the possible enrolment with you. According to Cotrugli assessment report as vital criteria, your organization is free to decide to sponsor the best candidates either partly or in total.

EMBA Generations 2010 start in September 2010 (Belgrade) and December 2010 (Zagreb). Applications are received all year around.
